Our Story
I’m Katie, the founder and passionate breeder behind this loving venture. Our story began in 2010, where one of our first French Bulldogs named Bentley sparked a profound transformation in our hearts and lives. I immediately fell in love with the French Bulldog breed and knew they would always be a part of my life.

That moment marked more than just the introduction of a pet into our family; it was the beginning of a lifelong commitment to a breed that redefined my understanding of companionship and pet care.
My breeding journey officially started in 2016, but its roots can be traced back to the day we welcomed Jax into our lives. Jax was the best dog I've ever known, we created a bond like no other and he became my soul dog. I knew I wanted to share the love and joy I experienced from Jax with other families. Years later we decided to adopt Lilah with plans to bring that dream to fruition one day.
Our first litter from Jax and Lilah was a surprise. Although I had plans to breed them eventually, they set us on this path earlier than anticipated. This initially unplanned event blossomed into a deeply rewarding endeavor, shaping my passion as breeder. Jax and Lilah officially became the founding pillars of what became Junebug Frenchies.

Our Frenchies are our pets and beloved family members. They live with us from the moment they become a member of our family until the day they leave this earth. I keep my Frenchies when they are done breeding and retired. My Frenchies are my world and I work hard to make sure they have the best lives during the short period of time they live in ours. I always put my Frenchies health, safety and needs above any expectations of breeding. I provide the best possible care for our adult Frenchies, ensuring each one feels loved and valued as a special member of our family. I never overbreed my females and adhere to responsible breeding practices and the highest standards. No corners can be cut when it comes to breeding and whelping quality French Bulldogs.
